The Meadows

is located adjacent to Glenshire-Devonshire.  This is a gated neighborhood consisting of properties of 5-20 acres in size.  Like Glenshire, this area is low snow.  The topography is relatively level.  There are some great views of the Truckee River and the eastern Sierra mountains.  There are no amenities in this subdivsion but it does have a homeowner’s association that governs an architectural committee. 

Water is supplied by a combination of The Truckee Donner Public Utility District or private wells, depending on the parcel.  Some properties have sewer and some have septic, again depending on the parcel.  Power is either Sierra Pacific Power or Truckee Donner Public Utility District.
