Prosser Heights & Prosser Lakeview Estates

are located off Highway 89 North, adjacent to the new Middle School.  Prosser Heights has larger lots of an acre or more allowing for horses.  Prosser Lakeview Estates is in close proximity to Prosser Lake.  Both are a mix of full time residences and vacation homes in a quiet area with plenty of trees.  All lots currently require septic systems. 

The Prosser lake area is abundant with trails for horseback riding, mountain biking, trail running or just plain hiking and dog walking.  In the winter the land just north of Prosser Lakeview Estates, which happens to be U.S. Forest Service land, is used by all kinds of recreational enthusiasts including cross country skiing and snowmobiling.  Prosser Lakeview Estates is the northern most subdivision which is still located within the Town of Truckee limits.
