Kappy and Jennifer bring a combined 38 years of real estate experience to their team.  This advantage becomes very clear when negotiating offers and working through contracts.  Our past clients will attest to the attention to detail and knowledge we share while working on their behalf to ensure a smooth and complete transaction.  We come from different backgrounds and have our own individual style which we believe compliments our diversity and strengthens our approach to business.

Kappy, a midwestern transplant and University of Dayton graduate,  has lived in the Truckee area 28 years.  “I have deep roots in the area and have consistently been an involved member of the community.  I am actively an advocate of Workforce Housing in Truckee — recently a Board Member on the Workforce Housing Association of Truckee Tahoe and I am currently the Chairman of the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce.”

Jennifer, a California native, moved to Truckee 8 years ago from the Los Gatos Mountains of the San Francisco Bay Area.  “A homemaker and mother of two children, I was very active in the schools as well as the community.  I have been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and understand the demands of balancing work with family life.”

If honesty and professionalismare important to you, you will be pleased to know that we have an emphasis on communication and education.  We continue to strive to improve our business skills and stay ahead of the curve.  We are both ePro certified, Jennifer is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Kappy is a Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist.

Giving something back is important to us. Our community has supported our business through the years and we believe that it is our duty to extend a hand in return.  We volunteer out time through the Hospice Thrift Shop, Meals on Wheels, Assumption Catholic Church, Habitat for Humanity, Truckee River Day and Clean Truckee Streets.  We love this area and for us it is easy to participate in helping to care for it.
